If you change your mind
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 5 days of the start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made outside the 5-day period are eligible for a full refund minus any online booking fees, or the option to reschedule or receive a gift voucher equivalent to the cancellation amount.
- Rescheduling requests outside the 5-day period will be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
- No-shows, late arrivals, or individuals refused entry (due to intoxication or failure to meet requirements) are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or credits of any kind."
