We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty.
For our Adrenaline Zone, your stomach area will need to be covered to prevent the harness rubbing.
Long hair must be tied back to prevent entanglements in the equipment.
Dress for the weather so bring a mac/rain if the forecast is rain and be sure to bring sunscreen and sun hats for hot weather.
You need to make sure you have the correct footwear which can’t fall off easily. This should offer protection to your toes and heel.
For safety reasons, no high heels, football boots, open toe/open heeled shoes, flip flops, Crocs or sandals are allowed on rides. You will not be able to participate on our activities if you don’t have suitable footwear.
We would recommend flat, sensible, comfortable walking shoes or runners.
Please note that for health and safety, there are height and/or age restrictions on some of our outdoor attractions.
Supervision rules and participant restrictions vary depending on the adventure you choose.
These restrictions can be found on our activities page under each attraction – click here.
For attractions that require harnessing, there is a mandatory safety briefing with our instructors before you are allowed to enter the adventure park.
These safety briefings are mandatory and you will not be permitted on the attraction without attending the safety briefing first.
If there’s a heatwave on the way, we recommend wearing lighter, airy clothing, applying (and reapplying) suncream, sunhats and brining water.
For bad weather forecasts that include rain and wind, the course remains open in all weathers, except thick ice, thunderstorms and gales. Rain makes the course muddier than usual but the adventure park will continue to run.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will aim to make the decision to close the park as early as possible, and will do our best to contact you in advance to reschedule tickets.
